Brad supported us with the purchase of our building lot in 2021. He helped us feel confident with our purchase and offered additional support related to building information. Brad has even acted as a great support 1 year after our purchase and we get closer to breaking ground. It has been so helpful to have the perspective and experience of someone in the local area.

I was initially wary of Realtors in Peterborough a(in general)as I had heard some horror stories but I have been pleasantly surprised all around! Brad has been prompt, effective and overall made his part of us purchasing a home a breeze. I had a tough time with a number of other things - even so after the move but he has been a great support and did provide some excellent literature so I could learn what the contracts really meant. We did end up buying slightly over budget but it was our own decision with no pressure and we walked into every bid with our eyes open. Thank you Brad! I have told Brad several times just how impressed I was with his service. Outstanding job would be an understatement. He was very helpful through a ridiculous situation, previously unknown to me, in which the municipality had erroneously changed the zoning on my vacant land. He successfully had purchaser extend the deadline as council was very slow correcting their error. Cannot say enough positives about Brad (and Susan).
